Do you think it's ok ???

Do you think it's alright for a client to be on the phone while being serviced in the salon??? Better yet do you think it's alright for your stylist/ barber to be on the phone while servicing you??? Some may even feel that it's perfectly fine either way. We would like to hear your thoughts ......

Where has the respect gone????

There was a time when hair stylist and make up artist weren't treated like professionals. Our industry was reflected upon as a trade not to be taken seriously or something to do on the side. Now I would like to say that we are respected a bit more but not in the way I believe we should be as a whole in my opinion. Now don't get me wrong, my clients respect ME because they get that I am a professional, I've recieved formal education to go with the natural talent that I have and am an educator as well, not only of aspiring consultants but an educator of the consumer. So my question to you is ...... Do you think the beauty industry and it's professionals are respected in the regular everyday world around us????
